The following PABA members will mediate civil, property and commercial disputes of all kinds, with a particular commitment to disputes involving at least one party who has instructed the Bar under the Public Access scheme.

Barristers instructed under the Public Access scheme are encouraged to contact a member of the PABA Mediation Panel directly.

Lay parties are also welcome to approach any of our Mediators directly.
